YOKE Digital Lifting point in G100 Steel, Metric Thread

Swivel lifting point with clamp to lift loads; to be installed on the load itself through a threaded hole.

■ Manufactured from grade 100 alloy steel, quenched and tempered.
■ Rotates through 360° and pivot 90°.
■ Same load capacity in all loading direction.
■ RFID equipped for digital product management (traceability, inspections, maintenance).
■ Load rated parts are 100% magnaflux crack detected after heat treatment.
■ Individual forged parts and cap screw are traceable to Test Certification.
■ Bolts are Metric thread.
■ Coated with epoxy resin, to effectively prevent surface corrosion.
■ Proof tested to 2,5 times the WLL.
■ Tested at 20.000 stress cycles.

■ Sizes: M8-M64.
■ Wide range of load capacity (90°): 0,3t - 22,5t.
■ Safety Factor 4:1.
■ Compliant to DM2006/42/CE and EN1677-1.

■ Certified by DGUV GS-OA 15-04.
